No more than 2 animals are allowed per apartment.Pet Fee (non-refundable): $350 for 1 pet; $550 for 2 pets
Pet Rent: $25 per month per pet
Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.
Aggressive breeds and exotic animals or BIRDS are not allowed.
